Hello. Wondering if anyone knows the o ring size on the needle retainer. The Honda dealer doesn't know and said that Honda doesn't sell just the rings. I had to purchase entire valve plate assembly. If I have the size, I can get them at the hardware store. So far, haven't been able to find anything close. I'm hoping to avoid having to do this next time I need to replace the o rings. Thanks guys.

 

Kawasaki sells carb o-rings and washers seperately, Go to a dealer and look for pilot screw o-rings and washers. Bring what you have with you to try to match something up. Maybe look online first, I know first hand that a ZX6D has them seperately.

 

Good advice. That's quite a racket they have going there, making you order all that for 2 o rings that cost less than a penny to produce.
