Hmm looking for inexpensive Chain+Sprocket kits

After working on my exhaust system I really have become a bit scared about my chain. when I am not sitting on my bike it actually hits the exhaust pipe! It also has kinks galore.

I was looking at this kit
520 Conversion Chain/Sprocket Kit VTR1000F 98-06 16-43T | eBay

It says JT sprockets and bikemaster o-ring chain. I use bikemaster oil filters...

has anybody had experience with this kit? I think it says 112 links is that the proper amount of links? When removing the bolts from the sprocket and rear axle is it acceptable to use air tools? I may as well change the rear bearings too since I will be back there. Are there any special tools required for that?
