So I am having a weird issue with my VTR. Well for starters I recently replaced the CCTs on the bike. So when I start it up and it seems okay. RPMs area little high, especially since I have the throttle adjustment turned all the way down. I give it some gas to take off and it bogs down with a significant loss of power. Then the power kicks in all of a sudden. When i release the throttle andpull in the clutch the RPMs shoot up to damn near 7k. Sometimes the RPMs will keep climbing even as I am just sitting in neutral. Any ideas? I am thinking its a carb balancing issue
