Help with CCT

So I replaced the CCt's. the rear had mono issues and then the fronts clicked twice and I double checked everything and fixed the issues so I hand cranked the engine a lot so I was sure I fixed the issue. I put everything back together and I turn not on. It struggled to turn over & was weak but then it did. I believe I heard some clicking so I shut the engine off. I went to turn the engine by hand but I think it has to much pressure because the was a lot of resistance and it pushed back once I released. Also with the key on the bike won't shift out of neutral. Any ideas?

Did you use zip ties on the chains while you replaced cct's?
Basically, recheck cam timing. And one thread with this question will suffice. No need to start many.

Just a reminder, you can have the timing marks 360 degrees off. That’s TDC compression (which is you want) and TDC exhaust (not what you want). If you took the valve cover off easy to see.
