help

i just got my my bike back together and when get on it in second gear it jumps like its tring to go into neutral it has all new shift forks and shift drum

try firmer upshifts.
seems to be a common problem.
i went to reverse shift pattern and that prob went away.
i get a more positive upshift by stomping down rather than lifting up.

Jumping out of gear

You mention shift forks and drum, but not the gears.
The description that "when get on it in second gear it jumps like its trying to go into neutral" tells me that you either replaced the wrong gears or only the forks and the drum.
If you didn't replace the correct gears, or didn't replace any gears at all, you still have the rounded dogs / slots that caused your problem in the first place.
And you get to do the job again.
