Grease is the word.
Which grease do you guy's use for the swingarm and suspension linkage bearings?
According to my Honda Shop manual they recommend a grease with Molybdenum Disulfide content of more than 3%.
I've come across a grease over here in the UK called 'Moly 60 Paste' that has a content of 60% Molybdenum Disulfide, but I was wondering if that was going a bit too far the other way?
Your thoughts/advice would be much appreciated!

Grease: Mass of oil and thickener (soap matrix). The oil stored in the thickener is separated by means of pressure and dynamics. In the stationary phase, the thickener absorbs the oil once again. For medium to fast moving parts with higher surface pressure. Paste: Very high-viscous mass of solid lubricants, carrier oil, and thickener for static and slow moving parts subject to a high level of stress with an extremely high surface pressure.

The Moly 60 paste is expensive. If Honda says use moly grease, I'd use moly grease and save some money. The grease is pretty versatile. I only use the Moly 60 paste to mix it 50/50 with oil and put it on the camshaft bearing surfaces when I re-install the camshaft after a valve adjustment.

Honda uses a 60% Moly grease for motorcycle shaft drive,spline lubrication ,because it bonds to the metal surfaces and will lubricate under extreme heat/pressure conditions.As for swingarm/suspension bearings,I use Mobil 1 synthetic lithium grease.I like this stuff because it resists moisture so well.Superhawk rear suspension linkages have no grease points (zerks),so the only way to lubricate them is disassembling the whole assembly,and Hawks have a history of seizing said linkages,so good moisture resistance is key.
