Givi brake lights

So for anyone who like me wants every driver behind them for miles to know you are on the brakes, I found these amazing COB (coil on board) lights.

They are LEDs but continuous illumination across the board, no dots or spots.

They are ultra white and extremely bright. You can gently bend them to the curve you want.

You can get them on ebay for under $10 a pair to your door(!). These pics show the givi with one lens and without one.

I put these on the givi inside the red lenses. They are about twice as bright as any other brake lights on the road and I have a strobe hooked to them to pulse them like 4 times the first second, then slower, then steady.

The strobe is similar to this one

Nice! Can you post a link to the eBay listing for the lights?

Looks good.

How long are the lights? Look to be about 6".

Are they designed to be cut down shorter or would that ruin them?

This is how I bought the lights.

2x Super Bright White Car COB LED Lights -DRL Fog Driving Lamp Waterproof DC 12V

They are like magic. Super bright, no heat and flat. I have not tried to cut them but you can buy them in different sizes.

I have them in 2 different givis and may put them on my truck as backup lights. I already have these types on the spoiler.

They are shockingly noticeable.

Thanks Joe. I've seen those, but they all seem to be 17cm long. I'll look some more.

Nice to know you can bend them some.
