Flat spot, low power

Good day everyone. Wanted to get some advice here. Put in #48s and rechecked all my carb shims and adjustments according to the carb set up thread here. Now when I try and accelerate I get no real power, instead it's just a smooth, dull, flat rev with no *** behind it. I've searched and searched for a vac leak since I get a pretty good pop on decel even though I have PAIR removed, EVAP removed and block off plates installed.

Thoughts?

Mine did the same thing after a jet kit was installed and I think all that was changed was the clip setting. I think he had it set at two moved it to three - made all the difference. Others will be along to help my memory.

Did the problem exist before you put the 48's in, in thinking this would solve the problem ? Or, you did the whole carb set up with new 48's, and now it
does this ? From a quick vue, you may now be too rich.
Other questions to ask. Is it throughout the whole RPM range, or just
a certain spot in the range ? Have you tried pulling the choke to see what
happens ?
