dynojet kit installed but not running need help

OK so I installed my dynojet kit today and im pretty sure everything is hooked up right and back in place but im not getting fuel from the tank into the lines. I switched the petcock to off when i removed the tank and turned it back on once i had it all hooked up and still nothing.. theres no indicator like an arrow pointing to off or on so i have tried it both positions several times. Can anyone help me and give me some ideas why im not getting fuel from the tank. I poured some gas down the fuel lines and got thebike running but once that ran out i was done.. its a full tank of gas and i have checked the lines and still nothing... any suggestions would be great
the only thing i can think of is that i missed a vacuum line but i swear they are all plugged in

seems like I read a similar question a few weeks ago. If I remember right, the problem is that it is a vacuum petcock, so you didn't need to turn it off in the first place, and now you need to fill the lines. If it cranks for 15-20 seconds, it should start. If not, it should be a vacuum line or the petcock is in the wrong position.

Yeah, it's a vacuum activated petcock so you did'nt need to turn it off to remove the lines (only a couple of drips would have come out). Get a service manual if you are going to work on it.
