Crankcase bolt torque?

I will be putting my crankcase back together soon and it seems that the manual has overlooked the torque specs on some, I mean most, of the bolts. And yes, it's the Honda manual.

There are a total of 28 bolts fastening the two halves together. It only gives specs for the 10mm ones. Of which there are only 9 of them.

There are a bunch of 8mm and 6mm bolts both top and bottom side that I cannot figure out. 29 and 31 lb/ft is what the 10mm bolts call for. That seems like too much for the others, especially the little 6's.

Am I missing something?...

I was thinking about going with generic specs for their size but was curious what some of you have done.

Please advise

I do not have my Haynes manual near me to check for you (it is in storage 200km away), but I can assure you that each size has a different torque setting.

So wait until you can find out what they are. A few guys on here will be able to tell you, as a few have done rebuilds, and will have the specs handy.

Bolt shank diameters, not bolt head wrench size. There is a similar table on page 1-11 of the service manual.

Obviously

But my question is whether to use a chart like this to find the values or are there actual Honda specs floating around somewhere.

I know plenty of people around here have had the cases apart. What torques did you guys go with?

Page 11-0 doesn't give me what I'm looking for. Only the 10mm bolts as I stated before. Maybe I have an older version of the manual or something.

I guess I will go with the standard torque for the 8 and 6mm bolts listed on page 1-11. Just seems odd that they are not labeled specifically in the crankcase section. There are a ton of other less important bolts around the bike with specific torque values.

Thanks for the insight everyone.
