Coolant Flush.

I filled my cooling system with all kinds of aluminum shavings. How do I get them out? If I absolutely have to take my tanks off and shake them out I will.... But what about all the internal piping?

Just rinse it with distilled water? Bike running or not running? Rinse with CLR (read that in one thread)... All threads just say flush! Honestly, I have only ever done one flush on my old cbr.

**cries** Cant wait to get all this maintence crap done so I can move on to the fun stuff. Tensioners, valves and jetting.

do not run it while doing....when you refill it you will have to make sure all air is out of system so leave the radiator cap off for a short period of time when you first fir it up....bubbling is normal so dont worry.....BOILING IS NOT! if you run in to this and it starts gushing shut it down...DONT USE CLR!!!
