I just installed a new set of round footpegs , the kind you can get off ebay for 20 bucks +shipping. These make my feet happier than those tall stock pegs. If you wear proper sport riding boots, then I believe that this is the way to go. For those who still live in the tennis shoe era (or sandals), best stick with the stock rubber-laden fatties.
