Carb parts question

The previous owner had a DJ stage 1 kit installed and a K&N as well, had it fully dyno tuned and actually produced great numbers and a great torque curve, I have the dyno sheets. And once I find them I will post them.

Do to the bike sitting for a week with the air box out the squirels that love to come into my garage decided to chew a hole through the K&N, so I bought a stock filter threw it in and have been running it for about 3 months.

Problem, I have a flat spot in the mid now, (right at 4K) up to 5,300, and I am trying to figure out if I should spend the money to buy another K&N and run that, or if I should go ahead and run the stock filter and go back to basic carb set up (per 8541hawk)

If I am going to go back to stock I need to know what parts to order... (IE stock replacement of what a dyno jet kit replaces)

P.S. if anyone has a K&N laying around they have no use for let me know if they want to donate it.
