Turbo Hawk

Anybody see a turbo kit to fit on a Super hawk? That would be so awsome.

... no. I've seen a couple turbo ducati monsters (that have carbs). Frankly though it'd be a tuning nightmare as far as I'm concerned unless you converted to fuel injection.

Yeah....In my dreams...yeah I too have seen a 900SS Ducati w/a turbo so it's definitely possible but not something you can mail order.

Why not just use NOS? Seems like the best HP gain for the buck.
Has anyone tried it? Anyone?
I personally dont think "I" need it . But the stickers are cool

Well.... living on Hwy 1 in Rual (Not much traffic) Northeren CA I would want the boost to be consistent and last for hours. Seems like NOS would be hard to control coming out of a corner. Seems like a turbo would be a cool mod and I think that big tourqe gains and hourse power in the 130 range would be just the ticket. It would be the Super Super Hawk.

uh... with a turbo you'd be pushing a ton more then 130. you'd have to run the smallest turbo ever and run the lowest possible boost to only do 130. spend the money on headwork, pistons, cams, and full exhaust and you'll be closer and more reliable
