For some time I have been having a terrible time with "notchy" brakes. No matter how many time I cleaned and greased the front brake perch, lever, pivot bolt, I just couldn't get the smooth feel I wanted...

So, I looked up Teflon (PTFE) washers. I bought a ten pack of these, and slid a pair above & below the front brake lever, and another pair above & below the clutch lever. WAY BETTER FEEL! SO SMOOTH!!
