RaceTech Gold Valves

Which direction does the gold valve get mount on the assembly? Large ports up or down?

The directions are not very clear and I don't want to insert in the wrong position.

One of the guys recently put up a complete rebuild that he did on his forks. Lots of pictures. Search for "Forks Rebuild" or "Shims" or "Valves" and you might find it. It's only been a few months.

I figured it out when I looked a little closer to the diagrams. The springs and gold valves are a major improvement over stock and I weigh-in at 260# w/o gear.
