Question for those with Jardine pipes

Anyone ever try to take the badges off? If so, was it easy? Look clean? I heard some the other day and liked the sound but hate the logo. Too big IMO.

Much appreciated!

i took the Badges or Stickers off last week...i agree its a very bad logo!! silly looking and sounding. it was very easy and took only about an hour. first i peeled the logos off which left behind a sticky residue of glue which i rubbed off with my thumbs, WD-40 and an old cotton shirt. i love the final product...one of the BEST modifications i have dont so far!

I really don't like anything with big stickers on the side of my bike.. It's a cool name for the pipe but, I prefer ppl. not knowing unless they actually know what they are looking at.

Hey i cant post any pics because of the tiny capacity of this forum...but i downloaded a few on my member gallery if you wanna take a peek. and remember click on each thumbnail for a clearer picture!! i took both the "Superhawk" logos off which i think looked silly and the "jardine" ones as well. Much Much cleaner looking all around now

That looks really clean. I like it a lot. I am torn though. My Hawk is black so I think the black pipes would look nice, but then I really like the way satin pipes(like Leo Vince's) compliment the finish on the frame. ARGH! Decisions decisions....

SillyHawk I may have to take your lead and remove the Jardine tags. Personally I don't mind them that much but I noticed the paint peeling from one of them so they gots to go.

WTF? aren't they rivited to the muffler??

They're red and black so they go great with my paint scheme.

no rivets like normal exhausts....mine were stickers which peeled up with the heat in about 1 week. i called jardine and they sent me a handful of replacements but what good is that??!!! you get what you pay for i guess...
