I have one that was serviced about a year ago. but i snapped the reservoir line off when moving it around. So I need to replace that and the oil. My question is what is involved in doing that - I've never taken it apart and the penske manual assumes a lot.

I can see how to uncap the Res. - is it correct to assume I can replace and bleed the oil from there only or do I need to remove spring and shaft/seal to do it? And if I need to remove it does that just thread off the lower end of the shock body? Its been a year, any service parts I should replace?

appreciate any advice before I start into it.
