Mine are braided lines.
I cut the stock lines off the fittings which I drilled out to accept AN fittings.
Brazed those into the stock fittings.
Cut the hoses to length, assembled the fittings and installed the cooler.

What size AN fitting did you braze into the stock receiving end? What material was the AN fitting that you brazed in? What material was the brazing rod that you used?

I'm assuming that you had the necessary equip to crimp the hoses onto the fittings?

I might revisit this if I can get a set of oil lines to play with.

There is this idea..
Stainless Steel Compression to NPT M Adapters from Davis Instruments

use a pretty standard and available compression fitting adapter to get a standard pipe fitting size, then use an AN NPT to AN adapter.

Or you could buy a steel AN fitting, cut the end off and braze the fitting to the steel tube oil line leaving you with a Male AN fitting to attach a standard AN line to.
