Moriwaki Pipes?

Im pretty new to the bike scene and just picked up a 98 vtr and it has titanium moriwaki pipes on it. Ive had a few people say they look like yoshimura pipes, the outside of the pipes seem to have the same yoshi logo, but the plaque riveted on the inside says moriwaki. My question is, Is moriwaki a good brand or just a yoshi rip off or what? Also, what are the pipes worth roughly?

Moriwaki is a great brand from what I've heard. They make (or used to anyway) a lot of VTR racing parts. Cams, Full exhaust, etc...

If you are thinking about selling these I may be interested, particularly if they are high mounts. New they were about $800. I don't think they make them any more. Used they should go for between $200 and $400 depending on condition. I'd need pics to tell you if they were Mori for sure. I have an extra pipe sitting in my garage so I know exactly what they look like.
