The bike my friend recently purchased has some good rash on the clutch cover...are there any aftermarket covers or replacement pieces for the right side?

 

If it's the crankcase cover, there is to my knowledge, only factory covers available. You can still find new '02 and later covers at around $283.
There was at one time slip on protection covers from, I don't remember who/where. Most all of the aftermarket parts have long since dried up.
