Anyone thought of using this for their fork swaps?
I'm in the middle of rounding up all my parts for my 1000rr front swap, just needed my 954 triples, and as I was talking to one of my hardcore stunting buddies he told me about these sweet upper triples. I'm going streetfighter on my build, so they're perfect for my dirt bike bars, but the way they are made they also let you run the stock clipons(from your donor front end) above the triple, instead of trying to find riser clipons to work. They look strong as hell, great looking and the price is less than a set of riser clipons too! I'm thinking i'm going to order up one and test it out.

Also, since i'm going streetfighter, is anybody interested in a complete front fairing assembly, with all lights and a zero gravity windscreen? Its all in very nice shape with no scratches or damage plus it's in the fastest color ever made....RED!

So if your gonna run dirt bike bars on a street fighter why you worried about getting riser clip-on's? It's kind of a neat idea to be able to use either clip-on's or bars though. It does look sweet, but It would deff. be cheaper to get a 954/929 upper and drill mounts and put bars on it.

Ya, I plan on running dirt bike bars, just brought it up for anybody else who still wanted to run clipons on there swap. As for a price difference, its not really that much cheaper, was going to go that route but figure 60-70 bucks for a used triple, the dirt bike bar mounts specific for the 954(because of the gullwing) are 100 bucks, then still having to drill a thin triple that really wasn't intended for to mount it all up. This triple is waaay stronger and looks awesome. I'd feel way more comfortable with this setup mounted in my opinion.
