Anybody have a R6 Throttle Tube? Will it fit?

I saw somewhere that a R6 1/6 turn throttle tube will fit a CBR1000 throttle without much modification. From the pictures the cbr throttle pretty much looks like the superhawk's, but I'd hate to waste $20 if it won't work. I'd like to try it just to see if I like the shorter turn from idle to WOT.

Can't say specifically about the R6 but I have used variuos throttle tubes, there are a lot of them that match right up, so the odds for that one are excellent...

Right now I'm using a full control from an Hayabusa, the benefit is that it has a whole range of "quick" thottle tubes to various degrees...

Thanks! I guess I'll give it a shot and post back if it works

Yes, the R6 throttle tube will fit, as will an R1. Any Honda one would be better. I've used an RC45 (RVF750R) tube in the past. I hated it, the action was too quick and made coming up my gravel driveway a real pain. There are other tubes with various pulley diameters, but I do not know anyone who has documented this. Honda ones are about $15 so it's worth a shot to see if you like it.
