Ok, that should cure any wet noodle tendancies from the shock... Are the height in the back stock?

I found that a slight rise in the rear and a bit of drop in front made the bike a bit more balanced after the front swap... Yeah I know the angle becomes a bit extreme... But for me it did the trick...

Altough I can't compare as now with another swing, the bike is rock solid in corners, stable at speed in a straight line and still flickable... I can safely say that the bike is ten times more capable than me... And I built the darned thing...

Took me over a year to get it back, so this time it stays on. I just need to get some new Galfer rotors (320mm), wheel and caliper spacers made and I'll be in business.

rc51 fork swap

what triple clamps u using,the top n bottom from same model bike or a "mix" of different bikes,n what bearings n races needed.just loged in today.got an 02' n it wont finish the turns.got a eng.teardown to do,bent shift fork,hard to go into 2nd under power,n back cyl.has knocking,think its small end rod bearing.love the bike,worth all the trouble.yours looks great.miss ridn mine.
