1/4 or 1/5 turn throttle?

I realize that this is an old thread, but, I've been researching this for quite some time now and can't find the answers that I need to make an informed decision. What are the diameters of the reels on the different throttle tubes, i.e. RC45 vs HRC? I know the stock one is appx 32mm, R1s are 36.5mm and R6s are 40.5mm. Thanks in advance for any info.
