Just thought I would share my latest cosmetic change. 16 ga perforated steel hammered for a little shape the epoxied in for a look like this. Before and after. Next will be the radiator mesh with the same material. Thoughts?

I think it looks good, though I don't know about the radiator vents. Give it a try and find out.

I like the look, why not aluminum? How much air do you think that blocks to the radiator?

I have done both on my bike. If you do the radiators as well, you will most probably find it is trickier to get the shape right, and you might need to add spacers to the fairing mounts to give clearance over the radiators. The standard radiator sticks out through the fairing a bit, and when you fill it in with mesh you need to give it more clearance. That is what I found anyway.
