If I was going to install flushmounts, I would install protons!

Then, when I remember the site, there is an LED company that makes LED baseplates for these, for $50 I think.

This will probably fit better. Dimesions are 1 5/8 by 1 1/8. I broke one side and need to replace. This is the style I am going to try. I think the others are too big. I got a set the same size at 3 1/2 by 2 1/4 and they didn't fit the curve of the fairing.

So i know this is an old thread but wondering how the 2 3/8 x 1 1/2 flushmounts fit? I am looking at getting a pair and was just wondering if they will fit in the hole or if it will be over?

Go to the VTR of the month thread for Jan and you'll see how the LP ones look on the bike as I have run them for a while with no issues.

A little bit of weather strip foam to fill in the small gap and you're good to go

Yeah they are the large ones. Make sure you get the 3 lead ones.

For "inexpensive" signals they work well, though you do get what you pay for and they are no where near as nice as the high quality units.

Yes i understand that they will be inexpensive but it's better than no blinkers! I didn't like the stock ones and replaced them with led's in my vent's but i want to fill the wholes where the old ones were so i want to use these. I got them for 9.00 shipped. So worst case i am out 9 dollars! They are clear. Going to tint a little bit and should be good.

The Protons look like this:

Whatever you get make sure they are for the RC51 and they should fit.
