Saved at last!

I just repainted my belly pan/chin fairing for the 3rd time as I like the matching paint effect. As we all know Honda paints them dark silver which helps hide the debris damage from the front tire. Well, I tried some of that new Amorall removable clear coat and it is great! It's very much like the clear plastic paint protection you can get for cars. That stuff is a b#@*ch to apply and they don't make it for this application.I followed the direction and put on 5 coats in a 6 in stirip. 3k miles later and it is still doing the job! I decided to see if it came off as easy as they advertise and it does. Cleaned it up as per direction and recoated. I'm sold on this stuff. Comes in black as well.

I didn't know Armorall sold this stuff. I use PlastiDip. Tried it on my car mags, and works great. So, this winter's project will be the whole bike.
Needs a new look. I'll try and post some pics as I go along.

I agree with the plastdip solution. I use it on my cars and on my bike. It helps keep everything clean. I'll look into the armorall solution too though
