Powerbronze vs Sharkskinz differences?

Powerbronze vs Sharkskinz differences?
I found a PowerBronze lower for sale on Ebay and noticed it looked Identical to the Sharkskinz, I searched and people have mentioned before that its simular only ABS instead of Fiberglass. is there any other difference in the shape or construction of the PB lower vs the SS?
EDIT: looks like the Powerbronze has holes for the exhaust header to protrude from the fairing where the sharkskinz is fully enclosed, is this the only difference?
