Does anyone else have a MIG exhaust system or pipes on there bike? I'm just curious as to how I could get some pass. pegs on my bike with this setup.

Jardine, LeoVince, and Devil (I'm sure there are others) come with spacers and longer bolts that will space your pegs further out and allow them to clear the cans. I can take a picture of the parts later if you need to see what I'm talking about. They're not on my bike-I have them in a bag. I've ordered replacement midpipes from Jardine before. That was awhile ago but since they still sell the exhausts I'm pretty sure they'll sell you just the spacers and bolts. LeoVince I believe has a new importer or something and now also offers replacement parts as well. I've also called Devilbikes but only ordered new emblems so not sure if you can get the spacers & bolts there but probably. And I'm sure you can also go to the hardware store and simply make your own. Very nice rides by the way. That brings back some memories when I had my first superhawk(red also) by best friend had the same tls (green).

If this link works there's a picture of the high-mount MIG with the foot pegs installed. I don't know if it's part of the exhaust or custom....

The bracket on that red VTR is different from the one that I had on mine.

Yeah, I think the pipes I got are an older version then what they sell now. My pipes have an actual clamp that holds it on and the newer seem to have the mounts as part of the pipe. Thanks for the info guys!

I must say that out of all the "true" hi-mount pipes (for example, I consider my Microns to be more "mid-mounts"), I find those by far the most aesthetically pleasing (mind you if I recall the Leo Vinces are pretty sharp too). It has nice gradual bends in it whereas I find that others (such as the Jardines, for example) look too "snakey" with overly aggressive bends. They just look unnatural to me. Of course, that is just one man's opinion. IN terms of spacers for keeping the passenger pegs, you can always try to customize something (as I did with ZX9 pegs and 13mm sockets for spacers) if your search comes up with nothing. Good luck
