Keeping seat in locked position

Keeping seat in locked position
Anyone have a suggestion on how to keep the seat snugged down in the back where it logs so the seat cow look like part of the bike not something attached to the seat.
The seat snaps down, but I cant get the lock to engages it to hold it down
