Clear Alternatives integrated tail lights are a popular choice.

You can find info on them here ... http://www.clearalternatives.com/

i built mine, it looks cool but if im riding with the sun at my back its about imposible to see... but thas about how it is for any bike i think. my friend has a bike with a set up similar to that one. it works and the color variation makes it easier to tell whats going on it bright light situations.

I have the clear alternatives kit. It's more money than some of the ones you see on ebay, but I was a little skeptical of the "no-brand" lights. Mine are plenty bright, and the turn signals are about as noticeable as they can be while built into the same unit as the brake light.

I tired it on my bike. I like the way it cleaned up the tail but was so unsafe. I installed a smaller set of turnsignals back on the bike. The set I had was hard to tell if it was a break light or turn signal.

I installed Lockhart Phillips Bike Night signals on my bike. They attach to the license plate and can easily be seen even during the day.
