i need some suggestions. the wife and i recently went to biketoberfest. we had a blast, in case you were wondering. any way the problem i had was i wore my helmet while riding down to daytona beach, but once we got there, the traffic was jammed. it was quite warm during the stay, so i didn't wear the brain bucket while cruising around the immediate area. i know i know, not safe. i really would like to relocate the helmet carrier/lock to another place on the superhawk for two reasons. one i'd like to be able to secure a helmet to the superhawk while a passenger is on the bike in the evnt the ride turns into longer than expected. that seems impossible with the stock under seat location. also i rather dislike removing the seat everytime i need to remove/replace the ol bucket. oh yeah, i have remus high mounts which probably won't help with the relocation. any suggestions?

There's also a unit that mounts around your license plate, but I forget who makes it. The other option is a retractable cable lock.
