Fork locks left and right

Sorney and I were comparing bikes sunday and noticed that our bikes have an additional hole in the neck for locking the fork to the right. I've never had a bike that will turnover with the kill switch on and can be locked left or right

It's an odd bird! That is OEM, but that's why we love it it right?

Man that killswitch thing has fooled me TWICE. Both times I'm cussing the bike for about 30 seconds and almost running my battery dead before I figured it out... I always just use the key to turn the bike off so I don't forget again. I guess at least I didn't have the bike towed to a shop or something because of it as I'm sure SOMEBODY has.

What's real bad is when you remember the kill switch after cranking several times late at night. Scares the hell out of the neighbors when it backfires like a gunshot upon starting...

Your neighbors probably hear the engine turning over and over and think "Oh God, someone tell him he left the kill switch on again!"

I did it not too long ago with my roommate in the garage getting on his bike to pull it out I was backed in and it back fired into the garage and it made him jump so high he dropped his bike. I laughed for 20 minutes straight.
