Baddest-*** VTR (RC51) fairings

Saw these for sale on the barf forum. Always been one of my favorite scheme as it tell the tail of honda going ducati hunting and the original reason for a vtr. http://www.bayarearidersforum.com/fo...d.php?t=359741

Here are the pics just in case the link doesnt do it.

Imagine how fast you would go with these things.......

Gabbie, try pressing search and typing in "RC51 fairing"... That will give you 3-4 threads in the top list of hits, where people have detailed how they went about fitting such a fairing to the VTR, and what pit-falls there are... It's a bit more complicated than just bolting it on, but if you are willing to muck around a bit it can look pretty nice...

As for the cost... Clicking the link let's you know that the seller is "taking offers", so give him a reasonable bid and you might get to decide the price on your own...

I posted this a while ago but gotta recommend against chasing it since the left side fairing is missing and would be impossible to replace. This is kind of an old post.
