Dang Upland, where have you been hiding this super clean bike of yours!? Wow!
My bike isn't completely assembled yet, but I will be entering this month no matter what. It will be some good competition!

Hey guys really appreciate all the fantastic tips, tricks, info, purchases and projects that I have procured from this forum and it's members since 09' when I picked up my S-Hawk.
One of the really neat things about the Superhawk (or any other pre-electronics machines), is that you can make it your own. Choose the mods that work for you and or you can afford, suit to your taste, add gas, and go have fun. Cole's naked machine and numerous others on this forum are nice examples of that too.
I just got back last month from a nearly 2,000 mile trip to Lassen Volcanic National Park on our annual Bro's and Co. ride. Not a single hiccup, hitch or glitch from the Hawk. You can't ask for more than that from a 10 YO bike.
One of the best roads I have ever been on in my life was HWY 36, from Red Bluff CA. to Arcada CA. Wow, over 100 miles of the most twisty, turny, cambered, hilly and fun filled Northern California road you can imagine. At a rest stop half way through, we met a Guy on a new 2016 BMW. He said he retired and planned on moving to Redding for a year just to ride this highway. Then he added, that was 11 years ago....and with that he smiled and said, have fun boys, be safe! And off he went. Oh, and Lassen was a neat destination, we just happen to be there on the 100th anniversary of the last eruption, from 1915.
Cheers!
