The new "Toy" O
Well finally picked up the new ride. She runs just as good as she looks. Very happy now, was feeling a little bad about selling my really nice 05 Superhawk, but I've lusted after ones of these bikes for years. #188 is mine.
Never down, perfect condtion, only 4,000 miles. Just awesome. So many nice features.

That's a gorgeous bike. Congrats. I was looking for a falco for my girlfriend but only a couple around me and all were tools wanting entirely too much so I bought another superhawk instead for a steal. So not to be technical but that would be the "tuono r limited" not the "tuono racing" correct?

Yea, it's one of the super rare one's. I think only 50 made it to USA. Although Aprilia make it confusing with so many different Tuono's, Racing, Factory, "R", limted, etc etc.
This one is really perfect. Full Ohlins front and rear, Ohlins damper, lots and lots of carbon fibre & kevlar bodywork. Has the Aprilia titanium racing slip-on with eprom chip installed. The brembo brakes are pretty darn good aswell. I rode it yesterday before I purchased it, up in Malibu mountains, was a blast. I finally think I may have found a bike that I keep forever! It really is a piece of art.

It always amazes me that someone could let something this nice get away from them. Often, you see these great bikes, esp ones that owners dump thousands of upgrades to, and then turn around and sell em. Strange to me, but whatever, you won one.
Got to be a blast to ride. I'm sure I'd had that odo up to 6000, or at least till my *** couldn't take anymore, in a couple days haha. Is that a 5.5" rear wheel on there?
Let us know how you like it after you get more experience with it and don't be having too much fun.
