Cool...I grew up in Cambridge, but live a little east of there, between Cambridge and St. Clairsville. There are some great roads around here....83, 821, 146, 22...etc. etc. They actually have repaved some of the nicer roads lately. Makes for some good riding.
Otto Man.....will get in touch sometime. Always up for a good ride when I'm off.....have family in Neffs (Bellaire) and Martin's Ferry, so know you area somewhat. Have spent some time in Weirton, actually played a gig there once with a blues band.....Moose Lodge, or maybe Elks.....one of those animal places.....lol.
Cleveland.....I hear ya....lol. Akron is a nice area tho. My parents live in Wooster, so I go up that direction once in a while after visiting them for a change of scenery.

C-bus, now but grew up around NewMatamoras (down the river from Bellaire). The whole corner of Ohio south of 70 and east of 77 is full of great roads. At least the ones that haven't been chip and sealed, the guy that invented that should be shot.
I live 2 miles off RT22.....it's all chip/ seal from there to the house. Real nice on hot days (like today) when the tar comes up. I usually ride the berm to keep the tar off the new paint....
For an excellent ride, go to Martinsburg on 541 from Coshocton. It's a smooth two-lane with unbelievable elevation and twisties.

Took the new pirelli's down the 555 this weekend. What a great road. Nice mix of sweepers and tight twisties. The upper half had brand new pavement. Decided that my new favorite thing to do is power wheelies off all the humps in the road, pretty fun as long as the road is straight on the other side, scared the poo out of myself a few times. Unfortunately there was a goldwing rally in Marietta this weekend so spent most of the rest of the weekend, trapped behind goldwings w/ trailers and harley riders with no shirts. Not fun.
I was in Marietta this past Wed for bike night at the Tavern.....heard the Wings were gonna be there this weekend. I'm headed to Knoxville in the morning for the Hoot...never been, wanna try it once...gotta run the dragon also...I mean, that close to it...
I'm sure there will be a lot of Wings there this week. Will be a fun ride down tho.....taking Appy highway over to 71 then down...
