Hi all, you can see my bike here. She is a 97 with a 2007 engine, standard cans. Use to have stannies, but one was damaged due to an accident from previous owner. After the engine shat it-self and costing me 3k the exhaust was abit out of reach. So for now the standard cans will do.
Cranky is my bikes name, why? well when she started up with the stannies, she sounded cranky. My plate is CRNKY.
Cheers all.

He was polishing the lips of the rims. Use painters tape to mark off the area you want to keep the paint on (and to protect the tire). Liberally spray aircraft stripper and wait.
Looks pretty good but bare aluminum is high maintenance.
