Bought the Hawk instead of the triple

Thought I toss up a pick of my new 98 Superhawk. She looks great in the pic but does need some attention. Brakes are less than iffy...pray to the deity of your choice if you ride fast, Forks bairly hold up the weight of the bike alone, Throttle return action is like waiting for the wife to get ready to go out, and there are some minor paint flaws. The good news...Pipes make me feel like I'm one of the four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, "torque is a good thing" (previous bike F4i), and finally it's a Honda. I'm toying with the idea of modding her off in the naked/streetfighter style but haven't decided as of yet. Anywho, thanks for lookin!

All those issues aside....
Great looking bike, and who needs brakes anyhow.

Good looking bike.

I lived in Fort Collins for a few years. Parents still live in Loveland.

Nice man! Yeah ditch those stocker brakes. Lots of upgrade options and can be done cheaply when you find em. Enjoy!

Thanks for the welcome and all the tips on ironing out the Hawks "issues". I'll be heading over to those topics and reading up on as much as I can.
