VTR's of Denver.....lets ride!
I'm am going to use this thread to post the dates and routes I plan to ride. I usually ride with a buddy or 2.
At the moment I can't plan for next week until Sunday. I want to head up hwy 72 to hwy 7 and do the Estes park loop again. It was, so far, the best ride I've been on in CO.
So I will keep all posted in case any are interested in joining for a fun Mt. ride!

Shizzy, I'm up noth of you, I'd like to ride soon, but I have a daughter coming into the world soon, real soon, kinda overdue actually, so I'll post when we can get something organized. I agree about 7 to estes, I'll have to show you Buckhorn Canyon N. of Masonville, awesome ride. Later

Shizzy, let me know when you are doing this run.
My son and I completed a really long ride yesterday and it runs into your planned route, we should try to meet up.
You should try this one:
start in Morrison @ Hwy 74 west to Bergen Park
turn left on 103 west which goes under Mt Evans and follow to Idaho springs
turn right on I70 east to the Central City Pkwy head north
once thru Central City and Blackhawk turn left on 119 north
to Hwy 72 north in Nederland
and follow to Hwy 7 which we headed east to Lyons
what a ride - neither one of us watched the mileage because it was a nice day
it was a long ride with multiple twisties

Next weekend I want to ride for sure! I started a new job this week and logged 58 hrs. I was too beat up this weekend to ride much. Summer is only getting shorter from here on out!
