K, I talked to 996SSVTR yesterday and he said that he had a buddy that wanted to ride along. I should clear this up before we get a ride going, ALL Makes of bikes are welcome to join. Its been a while since I have ridden with a bunch of people so I think it would be cool to get a ride going. Not to mention we have a lot of hawk owners in the seattle areas. I would like to get some other peoples input on ride to locations and dates so that way we can make plans and have them set in stone and so that way we have some notice and can plan accordingly. I do know for sure that I am plannin a ride on for my bday. my bday is the 6th of july and on a tursday. But i am thinking of doing the ride that saturday which is the 10th due to it bein a work day on the 6th. If anyone is interested in helping me plan any ride, pm me and I will respond ASAP. Im really excited to meet other hawk owners and riders, and to hopefully maybe start a annual rally for us PNW guys.

Yea that sounds great!!! Sorry I wasnt on the Forum over the weekend. I was up at Lake cushman learning how not to fly off the innertube. LOL!!! I have always wanted to ride up to Huricane Ridge Or even to Hoodsport.

for what it's worth, you can usually catch me at Golden Gardens in Seattle on a sunny afternoon, weekdays and weekends after 5pm...in fact, i will be there today if anyone wants to meet,

I'm out, I am double booked for another ride Saturday I promised to go on, but forgot about (work related ride).
Have fun, I get to go ride the speed limit with a bunch of Harleys and touring BMWs. They will be pissed that they can't hear their own $20,000 bike riding next to me. Maybe I won't get invited next time.

I would like to get a ride going this saturday if it is nice out. 996SSVTR called me last weekend to go riding but I was out of town. For all those interested in getting together this saturday to go riding please pm me with times that work and ideas for locations to ride to. thanks

I am trying to make this ride as central to everyone as possible due to the fact that if 996SSVTR goes, he will be coming from tacoma. If not alot of ppl can ride this saturday then I definately have a ride planned for july 10th to celebrate my Bday. Like I said before pm me to let me know if you can make this saturdays ride. And alki sounds good. Either that or we can ride the back roads down to ruston (near tacoma)

I think from what I have gathered is that 996SSVTR can go riding after 3pm. I would like to go sooner like around noonish or something. I am going to throw this out by just finalizing plans cause I want get a ride going.

OK so here are the plans I have made.
Date: June 19th 2010
Meeting spot: Southcenter mall, JC Penny side in back 40 by Bank of america.
Time: Noon
Ride Details: We will meet at the southcenter mall. We will have a meet and greet til 12:30 to wait for all those going to show up. We will leave south center mall and then proceed to ride down to alki. We will stop and take pictures of everyone and the bike together and then from there go somewhere to have some grub or something or everyone can split up and do there own thing.
So does this sound ok to everyone??? I will make a list and please copy and paste when you put down if you are in or not. Thank you

Well, I'm gonna give the bike a once over and hit the road. I think I'll take my time and get creative maybe some Chuckanut, HWY 9.......who knows? I'll keep the slab for the way home. See ya at Southcenter at 12:00

next big ride is still being planned. Date is set for july 10th. This will be the first annual PNW chapter of the superhawk forum rally. Ride details are still being worked out but I am thinking of making the time on this next ride around 2pm. Ill keep everyone posted

Sorry Crackerjackman, I rode all the way down to Seattle and had to turn back. It was beautiful and hot when I left my house. It progressively got cloudier and dark. By the time I hit Mercer St., it was a full on downpour. Way too much standing water on the freeway. I was not prepared (gear wise) for that kind of weather. I had to turn around and head back. I finally got dry by about Marysville, after a fairly steady pace of 75-80. Better luck next time.......
