Try mcmaster Carr
Looks just like a flat head screw and a beveled washer

It's a flat, socket, cap screw fastener in stainless steel or chrome. I get mine from Fastenal
Flat Socket Cap Screws | Fastenal

The washer is something not real standard.. it's a counter sunk washer, Aeronautic, Aerospace, and specific kits, designs use um..so likely made for the company for that kit.

M3 & M4

Here is an M6 countersunk washer

Another M6

M8

Another M8

Stamped steel version

And a really neat type that is self aligning and used with a machine, pan head or cap screw

This last type from McMaster Carr is available in male or female half individually, so if you get the female half alone, it's pretty much what your looking for.
