Why? The Superhawk is last century's technology, seems fitting.

Not really my cup of tea but it looks like a nice paint job with oodles of detail.

 

I myself am a painter. I have a moniker, "I'll paint on anything". (picked it up from Von Dutch). I can copy any surface onto anything. Paint a boat to look like a block of stone, paint a wall to look like anything you can imagine. This guy may be selling his skill as a faux painter! Perhaps he is Ted Nugent's brother. Maybe the unfortunate mistake of a python thinking "superchicken" was a meal? Could be in Hollywood, (I've seen some STRANGE ***** there). It is interesting for the skill it took to paint it. It might work as camouflage from the coppers.

 

That's probably not painted, more than likely a vinyl wrap. Guy I know does that to bikes, he did a Repsol CBR all in vinyl, a General Lee Kawasaki, all sorts of solid colors (damage cover mostly).
