I'm writing from Japan. I’ve converted my VTR1000F (aka Firestorm/SuperHawk) to electronic fuel injection using parts from a Honda XL1000V Varadero.

💻 ECU: DIYautoTune (Speeduino-based)
🔧 O2 Sensor: Innovate Motorsports wideband
🧩 Throttle bodies: From Varadero
🧪 AFR & VE tuning in progress

I'm using a custom wiring harness and tuning via TunerStudio.

Here are some photos of the tuning maps and setup.
Still working on the fuel/ignition maps, but it's running stable and starting great even in cold weather.
