greetings all. i recently purchased a new rear dunlop sport touring tire due to the alleged longer wear. i was skeptical, especially after forking over a couple hundred bucks for the tire and install, but it seems to work well. i have had it on for a month or so and it sticks pretty good. i can't advise on the mileage yet because i haven't had much time to ride a whole lot. overall i am pretty happy with the tire. my buddy has the bridgestone battlax b220 that is similar to the dunlop model i purchased and he said he has no complaints about it either. that's pretty amazing because it seems he likes to complain about everthing.

Just put on a Dunlop 208 on a spare rear rim and man do I like it vs the 204's. Looks like the 208 has some pretty good following as far as what is being offered on some of the new sport bikes too.

Michelin Pilot Powers .. Long life and stick to the corners. They are a dual compound and will last on the highways. I have a co-worker that has run his 6k and are not giving the tell tale flat spot in the middle.

I have Bridgestone BT014's. They've had three hard track days and about 1000 street miles and still performing well.

Bridgestone BT014 are supposed to be awesome. I have a set and love them. Although some say they dont last long. I'll find out. My BT010's were fantastic and lasted about 10k

I second this. Went from the 020 & 012S to the Pilot Power & will stick with them. Poured rain all the way home (over 100km) after I had them fitted & they never even hinted at letting go.
