Thinking of doing some race stripes

Anyone done this like they have on the Ducati Monsters, not sure if there called race stripes but I would like a pic if anyone has one on a superhawk.

Wow, I love it! Welcome aboard. Tell us some more about the bike. Looks like a front end swap and shock from what I can see. What else? Nice bike.

Yeah, I've been eyeing some pre-cut car stripes at the local auto parts. Good to see what it might look like. Matches your bicycle quite well! :-)

Thanks for the welcome. I have been lurking about for a while now, watching and getting some great info while developing some major plans for this winter! :-D (I have been planning on detailing out the mods and posting along the way.)

Short list of mods done as not to highjack the thread;

Full 929 Front End with Traxxion Dynamics internals
Fully adjustable Rear shock by Wilbers Racing Suspension
Leo Vince high mounts
Adjustable rearsets (not sure of the brand, ebay item, but very sweet)
Requisite K&N and Jet Kit

looks like a GT hatch with the hatch either open or removed.(nice car, BTW).

I like the look of both of these bikes, but I love the stealth appearance of a black VTR.

its a 89gt hatch, we built and installed a 331 stroker with a t66 single turbo running on AEM EMS standalone.

makes 460rwhp and 512ftlbs on 8psi and 511whp 544ftlbs on 10 psi lol.

havent gone any higher than that lol next time we are on the dyno we are just gunna kick it up till it makes 550rwhp probably 11-12psi.

here is a neat videography i made of the car.

Denmah.... real nice car.... I had an 85GT for about 12 years, sold it to buy the 'Hawk... Silver, 5spd, T-Tops- with all the upgrades (all the engine boltons, exhaust, lowered, etc.) you'd expect on a 5.0.... loved that car, something about the sound of any v8 Mustang is intoxicating.... part of the reason I bought the Superhawk... to me it's the 5.0 Mustang of motorcyles.... maybe not the fastest, or flashiest bike on the road, but affordable, loads of fun, you can mod it like crazy, and the sound is unbelievable.
