Superhawk Fan Switch UPGRADE - Thoughts?

Saw this on eBay.

Anyone used one? Heard of someone using one? Pros/Cons?

I bought one, missed the blurb down at the bottom in fine print, 3 weeks, still waiting.

Sounds like a good idea... I just added a switch that provides a ground to kick the fan on manually and still retains the stock function if you don't do anything. In my experience 186 on 176 off would be better, I have never seen mine drop below 170 with the fan on "manual override" with the rigged up switch.

There was another thread about this a few weeks ago. It had quite a bit of discussion. Here's the link.

Thanks Howard, didn't realize that the switch was mentioned in that thread, only read the first couple of posts.

I bought one from Gailandbret@earthlink .com a week and a half ago and it still hasnt shown up even after they told me that it has already shipped out. Im getting extremely concerned. Im about ready to call paypal to see if there is anything they can do.

Wow; I ordered one too; also have been waiting @ 4wks. They kept apologizing & I do want it so I waited. I already have the manual ground switch but in hot traffic you can forget. Interested to see if we all get them.
