Stuck getting old front back on. Am I missing something?

Stuck getting old front back on. Am I missing something?
Bike all back together, but the left caliper on the bike doesn't line up with the rotor, or more correctly the left rotor is farther from the forks then the right rotor. This is causing it to drag and make light contact with the inside of the caliper itself.
I had the rotors off the wheel, now are back on and arrows going right direction.
Wheel is going the right direction.
Wider spacer on the right, smaller on the left. Axle feeds in from the left, but the wheel doesn't center up.
What can I be missing?
Thanks!

If your left rotor is dragging on the pads then your left forkleg is misaligned.
Make sure that you loosen the axle pinch bolts, tighten the axle bolt and then pump the forks up and down repeatedly.
Once you have done that torque the axle pinch bolts.
Also there is a groove machined into the axle that is supposed to line up with the outer edge of the left fork when everything is lined up correctly.
This should take care of your dragging pads unless you got your axle spacers mixed up.

Looks like the forks are bent? If I hold the lower fork with the fork pinch bolts loosened, then twist the fork tube while its in the tree still, the lower fork will wobble around about 3 mm or so. Both seem to do this.
Right now I've rotated them both to there closest point to each other, and the wheel won't fit in between the forks since the rotors hit the tubes.
It does seem things are starting to suck!
UPDATE
Its on, back together, and working fine. I do think they are tweaked, like the previous owner hit a curb or something. Its not easy to see. Thanks for the info on that line on the axle, with that lined up everything else lined up too!
Felt good to ride again!
