Starter switch

As a lot of people have issues with, i have a starter sticking issue. It makes it so the lights don't come on all of the time. I was wondering if there was a quick or possible way to fix the switch or do i need a newer unit? I probably should just get a new one, being that my kill switch has been dead since i got the bike. Destroyed in a crash before i got the bike.

The issue is not with the switch, but the relay that it operates. The more you use the bike the freer it will get. I don't think it can be taken apart, though I've not personally tried. I have the same problem. I just thumb the starter until the light comes on. Probably should replace that broken right side control though.
